Refund policy

Online Purchases: 

Txtile's return policy is designed to be straightforward.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that shipping costs will not be refunded.

A flat $7.99 return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. If items returned have visibly been used, no refund will be issued and the item can be shipped back at the customers expense. Please be aware that returns after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

 

In-Person Purchases (markets, events, pop-ups, etc.)

All purchases made in-person are not eligible for returns. Most items can be exchanged on the day of purchase for another item if you change your mind; otherwise, all in-person purchases are final. In the case of an exchange, the item must be in new condition and show no signs of wear.
